• Authorities said Kruglov, 37, was identified by fingerprints through the Washoe County Medical Examiner and his family was notified.
• A deputy was flagged down around 9:14 p.m. on Aug. 30 near 8:30 and I streets, where Kruglov was found lying in a pool of blood.
• Pershing County investigators are treating the case as a homicide, have not released the cause of death, and have not identified a suspect.
