Overview
- Burlington police identified the victim as James L. Vos, 88.
- The collision occurred around 5:15 a.m. as he crossed North Main Street from a private parking lot and was hit by a southbound vehicle.
- He was pronounced dead at the scene.
- The driver, a 41-year-old woman, stayed at the scene and was uninjured.
