- Lewis pleaded guilty to a felony charge of assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers and was ordered to pay $3,761 in restitution.
- During the riot, Lewis sprayed wasp killer at officers on four occasions, causing injuries that required immediate treatment, and threw the empty can at them.
- He later stole a police baton and used it to smash three panes of a Capitol building window on the Lower West Terrace.
- More than 1,583 individuals have been charged in connection with the Capitol breach, including over 600 for assaulting or impeding law enforcement, with investigations ongoing.
