Bulls Keep Centerpiece Vučević, Agree to $60M Extension

Nikola Vučević has agreed to a new contract with the Chicago Bulls worth $60 million.
Vučević played all 82 games last season and averaged 17.6 points and 11.0 rebounds.
He had a down shooting year in 2021-22 but improved in 2022-23, shooting 52% from the field and 59.4% on 2-pointers.
The Bulls acquired Vucevic from the Orlando Magic in a trade that cost them two first-round picks.
The Bulls are focused on becoming contenders and have made other significant moves in the offseason.
