Overview
- Most levels begin classes on March 2, covering initial, primary, secondary, technical, agrarian, special, adult education, artistic programs, EOE teams, CEFs and related services.
- The winter recess runs from July 20 to 31 across the province’s education system.
- The school year ends on December 22 for most levels, with Formación Profesional closing on December 18 and Higher Education concluding on November 27.
- Formación Profesional starts on March 9, while Higher Education (teacher, technical and artistic training) starts on March 16.
- The calendar was officialized by the provincial education directorate with unanimous council approval and includes five Institutional Days—two in February, one in August, one in December and one set by each district.
