  • The Boletín Oficial formalized the new due date for the fourth installment of the Rural Property Tax and the Complementary levy, moved from November 12 to December 18.
  • ARBA also postponed the second installment of the Recreational Boats Tax from November 13 to December 11.
  • The agency attributed the changes to operational reasons intended to guarantee correct liquidation and the availability of payment channels.
  • Taxpayers who are up to date and enrolled in automatic debit keep a bonus of up to 10%, with payment available via ARBA’s website, credit cards, ATMs, Cuenta DNI QR, bank branches, and Provincia Net Pagos.
  • In parallel, the government presented a 2026 fiscal plan under legislative review that reworks the vehicle tax with 5 brackets, rates between 1% and 4.5%, 10 monthly payments from March, and a reduction that ARBA says will lower bills for 75% of owners.
