Overview
- Two sites were raided: a home in a gated community in San Vicente and an office-depot at Belaustegui 2500 in Villa General Mitre.
- Officers seized foreign merchandise valued at about 120 million pesos, including electronics, perfumes, personal care items, housewares, and clothing, plus a Toyota SW4, a Volkswagen Nivus, a Fiat Fiorino, computers, and phones.
- The investigation began in early December within the UTOJ, which traced social profiles, online shops, storage sites, display points, and the suspect’s office.
- Using the 'revealing agent' figure, investigators conducted controlled buys that provided evidence for Court No. 5 in the National Economic Criminal jurisdiction to order the searches and charge the alleged organizer under Law 22.415.
- Authorities report the case remains open with additional participants under investigation, following a similar operation in mid-December in Lanús and Quilmes.
