• City police cleared the Villa del Parque property in the early hours of August 5, removing 30–40 informal recyclers from the 390-sqm “La Lechería” railway site.
• The space had been ceded in 2017 for cart storage to registered urban recycling cooperatives, but its authorization lapsed in 2022 and was not renewed.
