Overview
- The province formalized Proyecta PBA by publishing Joint Resolution 4606/2026 in the Official Gazette on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, creating a new link between secondary schools and vocational training centers.
- The program lets students in 4th, 5th and 6th years pursue vocational modules and obtain officially recognized certifications while they remain enrolled in secondary school.
- Instruction is organized as a three-stage trajectory that begins with a 36‑hour Module of Professional Orientation in 4th year and continues with 8–10 class hours per week in later years plus one mandatory in-person day.
- Implementation will use the province’s network of 169 Centers for Vocational Training, allow CFP/CFPI to allocate up to 10% of available teaching capacity, and plans 200 orientation devices across 23 regions to reach about 4,000 students in 2026 with a projected 6,000 students and 400+ tracks in 2027.
- The Directorate of Vocational Training, the Provincial Secondary Education Directorate and regional authorities will oversee rollout and evaluation, and the province says the program complements but does not replace regular secondary studies while easing students’ paths into work or further technical education.
