Budge Lightyear: The Budgie Found at National Space Centre Seeks Owner

A lost budgie named Budge Lightyear, discovered at the National Space Centre, is now under the care of the RSPCA, awaiting reunion with its owner.

The budgie, nicknamed Budge Lightyear after the Toy Story character, was found in the car park of the National Space Centre in Leicester.
RSPCA staff took the brightly coloured yellow-and-green bird into care at Woodside Animal Centre, suspecting it to be an escaped pet.
Despite being ringed and numbered, the RSPCA has been unable to contact the bird's owner due to unregistered details.
Animal rescue officer Ellie Grindod and the National Space Centre staff have appealed to the public to help reunite Budge Lightyear with its owner.
