Bucks President Peter Feigin to Step Down as Josh Glessing Is Named Successor

The Bucks announced a leadership change on Jan. 5, with Peter Feigin transitioning out and Josh Glessing taking over as president during a months-long handover.
Glessing arrives from Haslam Sports Group, where he served as chief of strategy and development and helped lead HSG’s 2023 investment in the Bucks.
A Wisconsin native, Glessing previously worked at Goldman Sachs, assisted in financing Fiserv Forum, and spent two seasons as the Columbus Crew’s interim business president.
Feigin has led the Bucks’ business operations since 2014, overseeing the 2018 opening of Fiserv Forum and the franchise’s 2020-21 championship season.
Majority owners Wes Edens, Jimmy and Dee Haslam, and Jamie Dinan praised Feigin’s 12-year tenure and said Glessing’s appointment reflects confidence and continuity.
