BTS Set for Three Sold-Out Nights at San Marcos

Municipal inspectors will complete safety checks with 1,000 security agents deployed to address risks from recent Bogotá shows.

Overview

  • The band will play three sold-out concerts at Estadio San Marcos on 7, 9 and 10 October with shows slated to begin around 8 p.m. and staggered gate times for soundcheck, field and stands.
  • The Municipalidad de Lima has scheduled final technical inspections of the stadium and will deploy 1,000 security agents per date as part of a mobility and crowd-control plan that the mayor said keeps the concerts on track.
  • Organizers published gate assignments and access hours and banned items including professional cameras, GoPro, tripods, selfie sticks, drones, umbrellas and bags larger than 35x35 cm to speed entry and limit hazards.
  • There is no official public confirmation of BTS’s arrival flight, airport or hotel and fan clubs have urged followers to avoid tracking artists’ movements after an object fell near j‑hope in Bogotá and BIGHIT MUSIC has not yet commented.
  • Peruvian ARMY groups have staged a citywide programme of fan events such as a drone show on the Costa Verde, museum workshops and a coordinated crowd action — the shouted phrase “BTS es clave y Perú lo sabe” — which will intensify the need for crowd management outside the stadium.
