BTS Breaks Weverse Record with Over 30 Million Subscribers

It underscores their global fan reach ahead of their first full-group release since completing military service.

  • Hybe reported on July 19 that BTS has surpassed 30 million subscribers on Weverse, making them the platform’s most-followed artist since its June 2019 launch.
  • Weverse is available in 245 countries and recorded 10 million monthly active users in Q1 2025, hosting both Hybe and non-Hybe acts as well as international stars like Ariana Grande and Dua Lipa.
  • On July 18, BTS released Permission to Dance on Stage – Live, their first live album featuring performances from their 2021–2022 concerts in Seoul, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
  • All seven members completed their mandatory military service earlier this year and have since reunited for group activities.
  • The band is now preparing a full-group comeback album set for spring 2026, marking their first collective music project since 2022.
