Overview
- Police say the incident happened at about 7:30pm on Saturday 11 October as a woman, her sister and two young children entered Bond Street Underground station.
- After the family’s pushchair collided with a woman walking ahead, a man allegedly shouted racial abuse while the woman grabbed the victim’s hair.
- The man then produced a small bottle, claimed it was pepper spray, and sprayed an unknown substance toward the family.
- British Transport Police released CCTV images of a well-dressed man and woman they wish to identify in connection with the investigation.
