BTP Releases CCTV Images After Two London Underground Upskirting Cases

Detectives urge witnesses to share information to help identify suspects from incidents reported in July to September.

  • The first case occurred around 10:45pm on a Victoria line train between Finsbury Park and King’s Cross, where the suspect followed the victim off the train and ran off.
  • The second case was reported at about 5:49pm on an escalator at Moorgate station, with officers releasing a CCTV still from the scene.
  • Police provided reference numbers 881 of 12 July and 693 of 9 September and asked anyone with information to text 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
  • Upskirting is a criminal offence that can carry a maximum two‑year prison sentence, and both investigations remain open with officers seeking the men pictured who may have information.
