• The incident was reported at about 6:36pm on Wednesday 30 July on a service from Birmingham New Street to London Euston.
• Police say a man sexually assaulted a woman as she sat next to him on the train.
• Detectives believe the man shown in the CCTV image may have information that could help their investigation.
