Overview
- A woman entering Bond Street station with her sister and two young children on 11 October reported racial abuse and an assault at about 7:30pm.
- Police say a collision with the family’s pushchair preceded the man’s alleged racist shouting and the woman pulling the victim’s hair.
- The man produced a small bottle he claimed was pepper spray and sprayed an unknown substance toward the family.
- British Transport Police released images of two people of interest and believe they may have information to assist the investigation.
