Overview

• The incident was reported at about 7:50am on October 2 on an eastbound service after a man boarded at Feltham.
• Police say the man sat next to a woman in her 30s, touched her hair and allegedly touched himself over his clothing.
• Fellow passengers alerted the woman, and a commuter confronted the man before he was escorted off the train at Richmond.
• The suspect is described as white, tall, of stocky build, with a shaved head and wearing a black tracksuit top and bottoms.
