Overview
- Seventy-nine cyclists—40 local youth and 39 BSF personnel—completed the 79-km route from Bandipora through Nadihal, Ajas, Manasbal, Sumbal, Shalateng, Hyderpora and Bakshi Stadium to Frontier HQ in Humhama, Srinagar.
- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha formally felicitated the participants, commending their contribution to national unity and civic outreach.
- Organisers emphasised that the ‘Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat’ rally was designed to identify sporting potential, promote Kashmir valley tourism and encourage enlistment in the BSF, army and police.
