Overview
- The BSF communication wing has 910 Radio Operator posts and 211 Radio Mechanic posts.
- These are temporary Group 'C' combatised, non-gazetted posts that may be regularised with government approval.
- Applications must be submitted online at rectt.bsf.gov.in during the announced window.
- Eligibility includes Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% aggregate or Class 10 plus ITI in a relevant trade.
- Selection includes PST/PET and a bilingual two-hour CBT with 100 MCQs; RO final merit is based on CBT (200 marks) plus a dictation test (50 marks) subject to paragraph reading, while RM merit is based on CBT scores.
