Overview
- Out of 4,42,214 candidates who appeared, 2,56,301 qualified, yielding an overall pass rate of 57.96%.
- Paper 1 recorded 1,54,145 qualifiers from 2,46,415 candidates (62.56%), while Paper 2 saw 1,02,156 qualifiers from 1,95,799 candidates (52.17%).
- Minimum qualifying marks were set at 50% for General, 45.5% for Backward Classes, 42.5% for Extremely Backward Classes, and 40% for SC, ST, women, and PwD candidates.
- The exam was conducted in CBT mode from October 14 to November 16, 2025, with 150 multiple-choice questions per paper, one mark per correct answer, and no negative marking.
- BSEB will issue eligibility certificates to all qualifiers; results were finalised after reviewing objections to provisional answer keys, including corrections in Physics.
