BSA Unveils Neo-Retro Bantam 350 at Bike Shed Moto Show

Classic Legends is positioning the Bantam 350 for European entry-level markets before confirming an India launch.

Overview

  • The Bantam 350 made its public debut on July 30 at London’s Bike Shed Moto Show as BSA’s first 350cc offering under Classic Legends.
  • It shares the Jawa/Yezdi 334cc platform and adopts the same chassis, suspension and Alpha 2 engine as the Jawa 42 FJ.
  • The liquid-cooled single-cylinder powertrain produces 29 bhp at 7,750 rpm and 29.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm, delivered through a six-speed gearbox.
  • Neo-retro styling details include a teardrop fuel tank, round headlamp with guards, black alloy wheels, Union Jack and “Three Gun Salute” badges, plus dual-channel ABS.
  • Launched in the UK with a planned wider European rollout, the Bantam 350 is aimed at entry-level riders as an India debut remains unconfirmed
