• Bryana Bongolan testified that in September 2016 Sean 'Diddy' Combs grabbed her by the armpits, held her over a 17th-floor balcony rail for 10 to 15 seconds, and then threw her onto patio furniture at Cassie Ventura’s Los Angeles apartment.
• Court was shown photographs of Bongolan’s bruises and heard her describe neck pain, night terrors and ongoing paranoia stemming from the alleged assault.
• Forensic video expert Frank Piazza told jurors that the March 2016 InterContinental Hotel surveillance footage of Combs attacking Cassie Ventura was authentic and had not been manually altered.
• Former hotel security guard Eddy Garcia testified that Combs paid him $100,000 in cash for exclusive rights to the assault footage and compelled him to sign a nondisclosure agreement with a $1 million penalty.
• The defense has challenged witness credibility and memory as prosecutors prepare to call an accuser referred to under the pseudonym 'Jane' to continue building the racketeering and sex trafficking case.
