Bryan Cranston, during his first meeting with James Corden, mistook him for a waiter and asked him for coffee and a Diet Coke with no ice.
The encounter occurred in a Los Angeles restaurant, where Corden, starstruck by Cranston, introduced himself as an actor from the United Kingdom.
Corden was in LA for the first time with his then-girlfriend, now wife, and had spent the morning watching season 2 of 'Breaking Bad', a show Cranston starred in.
Cranston is currently promoting his latest film, 'Argylle', while Corden is promoting his new Sirius XM interview series, 'This Life of Mine with James Corden'.
Cranston has revealed plans to step away from acting in 2026 to focus on his marriage and have more life experiences.
