Bruins' Swayman Shuts Out Devils in 3-0 Victory

Jeremy Swayman, Boston Bruins' goalie, pitched a 31-save shutout against the New Jersey Devils, marking his third shutout this season and the 12th of his career in only 112 regular-season games.
Charlie Coyle scored the game-winning goal early in the second period, followed by David Pastrnak who added another goal to support Swayman. Trent Frederic clinched the victory with an empty-net goal.
Brad Marchand assisted on the first two goals for Boston, which has points in six straight games.
Pastrnak eclipsed the 60-point mark in 43 or fewer games in a season for the third time in his career, a feat only three other players in Bruins franchise history have achieved.
Boston had a 36-31 shot advantage while going 1-for-4 on the power play and 1-for-1 on the penalty kill.
