Browns Name Bailey Zappe as Starting Quarterback for Season Finale

Bailey Zappe will start for the Cleveland Browns in their Week 18 game against the Baltimore Ravens, replacing Dorian Thompson-Robinson.
Zappe, who was signed off the Kansas City Chiefs' practice squad in October, has yet to play this season but has eight career NFL starts with the New England Patriots.
The Browns have used four starting quarterbacks this season, with Deshaun Watson, Jameis Winston, and Thompson-Robinson previously taking turns under center.
Cleveland, with a 3-13 record and currently holding the No. 3 overall draft pick, is in contention for the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft depending on Week 18 outcomes.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski has indicated that Thompson-Robinson may also see playing time during the game, while Winston remains limited due to a shoulder injury.
