Overview
- Cleveland signed Audric Estime to its 53-man roster from the Minnesota Vikings practice squad on Monday after Week 5 left the team short at running back.
- Estime is a 2024 fifth-round pick out of Notre Dame whose NFL career includes 508 rushing yards, 130 receiving yards and three total touchdowns.
- The Browns brought Estime in as a depth option behind Jaleel McLaughlin with his immediate role expected to be backup work rather than a featured job.
- Estime has moved between multiple teams since Denver released him before the 2025 season, spending time with the Eagles, Saints and Vikings and appearing in games as a rookie and with the Saints.
- The pickup uses standard practice-squad rules that allow clubs to sign another team’s practice-squad player to their active roster and gives Cleveland an available option for a tough Week 6 matchup against Baltimore.
