• Prosecutor Paul Greaney KC began his case on July 4 by presenting CCTV and body-worn camera recordings of incidents at Terminal 2’s Starbucks and car park pay station.
• Mohammed Fahir Amaaz is accused of headbutting and punching passenger Abdulkareem Ismaeil before officers moved to arrest him alongside his brother Muhammad Amaad.
• The prosecution alleges both men assaulted PCs Zachary Marsden, Ellie Cook and Lydia Ward, with Ward suffering a broken nose.
• The defendants deny all charges and assert they acted in lawful self-defence or in defence of each other.
• The trial, which opened on June 30, is scheduled to continue for up to four weeks as the jury reviews the video evidence.
