- Filming is scheduled for September on the unadopted Brookside Close in West Derby after the owner and Liverpool Film Office granted exceptional permission and local residents were invited to participate.
- Executive producer Hannah Cheers describes the episode as “a love letter to both Hollyoaks and Brookside,” crediting Sir Phil Redmond’s blessing and Channel 4’s support for the project.
