- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said Brookfield will invest more than $1 billion in a nearly 2 million sq ft Global Capability Centre, with an MoU to be signed soon.
- Brookfield stated the project will be built on a six-acre site in Powai with 20 lakh sq ft of lettable space targeted by 2029, in partnership with BS Sharma and through an agreement with MMRDA.
