Overview
- Police identified the victim as 19-year-old Jahmir Turner, who was found with a gunshot wound on Secor Avenue around 5:39 p.m. on Jan. 21.
- Turner was a short walk from his Bivona Street home when he was shot and was later pronounced dead at Jacobi Hospital.
- Detectives are looking for three men seen fleeing the scene and have not announced any arrests.
