Overview

• Police say Jeremiah White, 23, allegedly attacked three people in separate morning incidents across Morris Heights, Crotona Park East, and Claremont.
• The first victim, identified as BronxCare nurse Virginia Alvarez, suffered head and facial injuries; a 15-year-old girl sustained a head laceration; both were reported in stable condition.
• Officers arrested White around 10:25 a.m. Wednesday and charged him with two felony counts of assault and one misdemeanor count, with arraignment pending as of Thursday.
• In the first two attacks, the assailant allegedly shouted “you hit my mom” and “watch out” before striking the victims, according to police.
• Court records and prior reports show White was arrested Oct. 7 for an alleged Sept. 12 subway assault, released after arraignment, and due back in court Nov. 18 on that case.
