- The 40th Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction will transform West 44th and 45th Streets, Shubert Alley, and part of Times Square on Sunday, Sept. 27, with in-person programming from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Early online bidding is live through 2 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 25, the Shubert Alley silent auction will open new lots every 30 minutes from 10 a.m., and a live auction begins in Times Square at 5 p.m.; proxy bidding is available for remote participants.
- Fans can pay a $30 donation for access to the autograph table during three shifts between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., bring up to two items to be signed, and purchase photo opportunities with performers.
- More than 60 vendor tables will be run by current Broadway and Off-Broadway shows and theatrical organizations, offering signed Playbills, posters, props, costumes, and one-of-a-kind experiences such as walk-on roles, pit seats, and shadowing stage managers.
- Proceeds benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, which provides health care and emergency financial support to artists; last year’s market raised a record $1,633,803 and Broadway Cares is also running FleaBay on eBay to expand bidding beyond New York City.
