Overview
- Project Brahmank’s outreach ran from September 1 to 6 and closed with a valedictory session in Pasighat on Saturday.
- About 120 BRO personnel took part in visits to regional campuses, while roughly 75–80 faculty members and students joined interactive sessions at the BRO base.
- Teams visited institutions for talks and briefings, and visiting academics and students were hosted at Project Brahmank for presentations, film screenings and equipment demonstrations.
- Participating institutions included Arunachal Pradesh University, Apex University and Rashtra Raksha University, with vice-chancellors and principals in attendance.
- Officiating Chief Engineer Col Ashish Raisinghani underscored BRO’s role in connecting remote areas and its welfare initiatives, and Deputy Commissioner Sonalika Jiwani backed the programme.
