The fire, which broke out in the engine room of the Davy Jones Locker boat on Sunday morning, spread rapidly and caused the vessel to sink.
The boat was carrying 22 people, including 16 tourists, all of whom were rescued except Clarke, who was reported missing during the evacuation.
