British Soldier Killed in Ukraine Remembered as 'Brave Soul'

Liam Love, a former British Army soldier, died in combat after joining Ukrainian forces against Russia.

Liam Love, 24, was killed by a mortar in Lyman, Donetsk region, while fighting in Ukraine.
Love previously served with the Royal Anglian Regiment and trained Ukrainian conscripts post-2022 invasion.
His decision to fight was driven by empathy for Ukrainians and a desire to aid their struggle for freedom.
Despite being injured by shrapnel a month prior, Love was determined to continue his mission.
A funeral service is set for Saturday in County Fermanagh, with plans for a memorial in Coventry.
