British Rowing bans transgender women from elite female competitions

British Rowing has instituted a ban prohibiting transgender women from competing in elite women's races.
Only athletes assigned female at birth are now eligible for women's competitions and to represent Britain/England internationally.
British Rowing created "open" and "mixed" categories to allow some transgender participation under certain conditions.
