British Man Admits to London Arson for Wagner Group

Dylan Earl pleads guilty to arson linked to Ukraine businesses, marking first conviction under UK's National Security Act.

Dylan Earl, 20, from Leicestershire, admitted to orchestrating an arson attack on Ukrainian-linked businesses in London.
He pleaded guilty under the new National Security Act, becoming the first person convicted under this legislation.
The attack was carried out on behalf of the Wagner Group, a Russian-based organization proscribed as a terrorist group in the UK.
Earl denied charges of assisting a foreign intelligence service, which prosecutors decided not to pursue further.
Five others are charged in connection with the incident, with a trial set for June 2025 at the Old Bailey.
