Masked individuals broke into the band's tour van, stealing laptops, passports, cameras, and other personal items, though instruments were secured and left untouched.
A video shared by the band shows one of the robbers brandishing a gun at their tour manager, prompting them to retreat inside the Starbucks.
The Vallejo police reportedly advised the band to file an online report and did not send officers to the scene, which the band described as shocking.
Despite the ordeal, the band continued their tour, performing in Sacramento that evening and maintaining their scheduled performances.
