British and Irish Lions to Face Argentina in Historic Dublin Match

The match will take place at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on June 20, 2025, and the teams will compete for the Lions 1888 Cup.
The Lions' CEO, Ben Calveley, described the fixture as the 'perfect send-off' for the Lions ahead of their tour Down Under.
The Lions will also play three tests against Australia, and matches against five Super Rugby franchises and an invitational team made up of players from Australia and New Zealand.
The match against Argentina will be the first meeting between the two sides in 20 years, with their last encounter resulting in a 25-25 draw in Cardiff in 2005.
