  • The Eliquis 360 Support program launches September 8 to provide apixaban at a 40% discount off the $606 list price.
  • Eligible uninsured, underinsured or out-of-pocket patients will pay $346 per month for Eliquis under the direct-to-patient initiative.
  • Shipments will cover all 50 states and Puerto Rico via an online pharmacy channel that bypasses traditional insurers.
  • Eliquis is the leading oral anticoagulant in the U.S., with more than 15 million prescriptions filled and over $3 billion in Q4 2024 sales.
  • The program follows similar self-pay discount offerings by Eli Lilly for Zepbound and Mounjaro and by Novo Nordisk for Wegovy.
