Brie Larson to Star in West End Revival of 'Elektra'

Brie Larson will perform in a new adaptation of Sophocles' Greek tragedy 'Elektra,' marking her first UK stage appearance.
The production, translated by poet Anne Carson and directed by Daniel Fish, will premiere at Theatre Royal Brighton before moving to London's Duke of York’s Theatre.
Performances in Brighton will run from January 13-18, 2025, followed by an 11-week run in London starting January 24, 2025.
Larson expressed her excitement about the role, highlighting the timeless nature of the story and her enthusiasm for collaborating with Fish and Carson.
The production is backed by Empire Street Productions, known for their recent successful West End shows including 'Slave Play' and 'Prima Facie.'
