Brewers Acquire Right-Hander Taylor Clarke from Royals

Kansas City Royals finalize $45 million, three-year contract with Seth Lugo on the same day.

Taylor Clarke, a right-handed pitcher, has been acquired by the Milwaukee Brewers from the Kansas City Royals.
The Brewers traded minor league pitcher Ryan Brady and infielder Cam Devanney to the Royals in exchange for Clarke.
Clarke, 30, has a career record of 15-15 with a 5.03 ERA in 183 big league games, including 22 starts.
Last season, Clarke went 3-6 with a 5.95 ERA in 56 relief appearances and two starts for the Royals.
On the same day, the Royals finalized a $45 million, three-year contract with right-hander Seth Lugo.
