- Atlanta police said Hinds’ Harley-Davidson collided with a BMW SUV that failed to yield while turning left at Memorial Drive SE and Boulevard SE around 11:35 p.m. on Aug. 20.
- The BMW driver remained at the scene, the investigation is ongoing, and Hinds was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the site.
