Brenden Rice, Son of NFL Legend Jerry Rice, Declares for 2024 NFL Draft
The USC wide receiver, who had a standout season, is currently ranked as the No. 96 prospect in the upcoming draft.
- Brenden Rice, son of NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, has announced his decision to enter the 2024 NFL Draft.
- Rice, a senior wide receiver at USC, logged 45 catches for 791 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, ranking second, second and first on the team in those categories, respectively.
- He started his college career at Colorado, before transferring to USC in January of 2022. Over his four collegiate seasons, he accumulated 111 catches for 1,821 yards and 21 scores.
- Rice earned Second Team All-Pac-12 honors in 2023 and is currently ranked as the No. 96 prospect in the draft by Pro Football Focus.
- His status for USC's matchup with Louisville in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27 is still undetermined.
