The lawsuit claims Tucker sexually harassed Tracy and threatened her career, while Michigan State failed to properly investigate her allegations.
Tracy's legal action also accuses an unidentified MSU-affiliated party of leaking her identity to the media, leading to threats against her and her family.
Michigan State fired Tucker in September 2023 for behaviors that brought disrespect to the university and constituted a breach of his contract.
Tracy is seeking $50 million for herself and $25 million for her nonprofit, Set The Expectation, which focuses on sexual violence prevention.
