  • From August 22 to 24, police ran intensive checks in Bremen and on nearby autobahns using unmarked vehicles and laser measurement.
  • The highest urban reading was 164 km/h on Stapelfeldtstraße, and 174 km/h was recorded on the A27 where 120 km/h is permitted.
  • At least ten drivers face temporary bans of up to three months, along with fines and points in the driving fitness register.
  • Two probationary drivers must attend remedial training, and a 20-year-old faces criminal proceedings for driving without a license.
