Overview

  • The relator’s office said 1,399 people have been responsabilized, including 391 for serious crimes, 415 for lesser offenses and 564 who signed non-prosecution agreements.
  • ANPPs accounted for 40.3% of resolved cases, and 29.7% received sentences of up to one year, reflecting proportional and individualized penalties.
  • A total of 179 people remain detained, including 114 serving final sentences in closed regime, 50 in home confinement and 15 under preventive detention.
  • The process continues with 98 indictments, 518 investigations and 346 criminal actions active, with trials set to resume after the judicial recess.
