• Published on October 6 by the Labor Ministry, the semiannual registry adds employers tied to cases from 2020 to 2025 across 22 federal units, led by Minas Gerais (33), São Paulo (19), Mato Grosso do Sul (13) and Bahia (12).
• Economic activities with the most new inclusions include cattle ranching for slaughter, domestic services, coffee cultivation, stone extraction and crushing, building construction and charcoal production, with about 16% linked to urban work.
• Named additions include a subcontractor hired by JBS Aves following a rescue operation in Rio Grande do Sul and Yellow Stripe, which provided services for T4F at Lollapalooza Brasil.
• The registry also lists the employer in Jaguariúna (SP) where five bricklayers were rescued in December 2024, following a January 2025 conduct‑adjustment agreement reported by authorities.
• Another 184 employers were removed after completing two years on the list, and inclusion occurs only after final administrative decisions with no further appeals under the Labor Ministry’s procedures.
