- Mato Grosso do Sul closes its discounted single-payment window for IPVA 2026 today, with installment plans in up to five parts from January 30 to May 29 and boleto issuance via the e‑Fazenda portal using Gov.br credentials.
- Rio de Janeiro begins collections on January 21 by license plate sequence, offering a 3% discount for lump-sum payment or three interest-free installments, with rates of 4% for flex cars, 2% for motorcycles, 1.5% for GNV vehicles and 0.5% for fully electric cars.
- Piauí grants 15% off for payment by January 30 or 10% by February 27, allows three installments running January to March, accepts payment via Sefaz or Detran portals, and sets vehicle licensing renewal for used cars by March 31.
